1. Orders and payments are processed securely through our online platform. Full payment is required to begin production.

2. Custom mirror production times may vary. We provide estimated delivery dates upon order confirmation.

3. Installation services are offered only within Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach areas. Clients outside these regions need to arrange their installation.

4. Customers must inspect mirrors upon delivery. Any damages should be reported within 24 hours for replacement eligibility.

5. Returns on custom orders are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect as confirmed by our team.

6. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.

7. Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may slightly differ due to the custom nature.
